It seems simple; serve your documents following the rules of civil procedure in a timely manner.  If you are tired of waiting days or sometimes weeks to find out if your process server has made an attempt, it’s probably time to give us a try.  We work hard to get your documents served quickly, following the laws that govern your document as efficiently as possible.  Our motto is “Clients hire us to get documents served not make attempts”. We do our best to get your documents served every day.  

Communication
 We’ve developed a proprietary system to ensure you have timely information when you need it. From the minute we receive your documents, after each attempt and when your documents are served we are always in contact with you.  If we spot potential trouble with a particular service we will inform you immediately so we can make timely decisions together instead of inflating your costs.

 All of the process servers at Express Legal Services are hand-picked and we only use the best.  They are trained based on our service model so you receive consistent service regardless of the location in and around the Atlanta Metro Market.  We have servers in every county surrounding the Atlanta area so you get pricing that is consistent and never a guessing game.

Our Office Professionals
 Once service is perfected, we do our best to return our affidavit to you within two business days so that it can be filed in a timely manner.  If you are outside of the Atlanta Metro Market or out of state we mail your affidavits within two business days.  Expediting the affidavit back to your office or filing the affidavit (fee may apply) is always an option.
